The Law of Attraction is one of the most powerful forces in life.
It surrounds you, affects you and can be used to attract more happiness.
It is not something you can turn on or off.
You can choose to fight it, complain about it, or instead use its tremendous power to attract more happiness.
The Law of Attraction states that you will receive whatever you think about, talk about, believe and feel.
History’s great thinkers knew the power that our thoughts have over our lives.
They understood the impact we have on creating everything we experience, even determining our place in the world.
All that we are is a result of what we have thought.
– Buddha
How thoughts attract more happiness
Everything in the universe is made of energy.
This is true for both physical and non-physical objects.
Your thoughts are non-physical energy which affects your physical world.
Non-physical bonds between the molecules in your body are made of energy.
Your non-physical brain waves are a form of energy.
Both of these interact with your physical world to cause an effect.
Simply remembering a happy time in your life (non-physical energy) causes the release of the neurotransmitter serotonin (physical energy) in the brain, which lifts your mood causing you to feel happier.

You can use your thoughts and energy to attract more happiness.
Have you ever wanted something so badly, for so many months, only to, fortunately, receive it through being in the right moment at the right time?
Well if you did, it was your positive thoughts, intentions and desires that positively affected your life.
A man is but the product of his thoughts.
– Gandhi
What he thinks he becomes.
3 Ways To Attract More Happiness
1. Ask for what you want
2. Believe you will get what you want
3. Receive what you want
1: Ask for what you want
Every day you send and receive thoughts to and from your unconscious mind.
Every thought you have, words you read, sound you listen to or sentence you speak affects your unconscious mind and your life.
Unfortunately, much of this activity is random, contradictory and unproductive.
It happens without your conscious awareness.
It is controlled by your unconscious mind.
When you blame or judge someone, you’re focusing on the negative experience that you don’t want.
The same applies when you worry.
Worrying is simply creating a negative expectation.
When you worry you’re creating pictures in your mind of what you don’t want.
You don’t want this outcome but you are on some level expecting it to happen.
Otherwise, you wouldn’t worry about it.
The Law of Attraction states that you will attract whatever you give your energy and attention to whether it is wanted or unwanted.
Therefore you must consciously control what you think and feel if you want to attract more happiness.
The problem is most of the time we are not aware of our unconscious thoughts.
You are simply unconsciously responding to things outside of yourself on an emotional level.
When you respond unconsciously to what is happening around you, never offering deliberate thought about what you want in the future, you get stuck in a destructive cycle.
Constantly feeling bored, anxious, worried, confused, sad, lonely, hurt, angry, disappointed, overwhelmed, stressed or depressed will only give you negative outcomes.
That is why some people’s lives never seem to change.
They get stuck in a cycle of recreating the same negative reality over and over again.
But there is a better way.
Consider having positive thoughts instead, like feeling excited, enthusiastic, passionate, happy, joyful, loving, prosperous, relaxed, generous and peaceful.
These are the positive thoughts that produce positive outcomes.
We become what we think about all day long.
– Ralph Waldo Emerson
The Law of Attraction works both ways
If you think negative thoughts you will attract negative outcomes.
If you think positive thoughts you will attract more happiness.
This shocks most people.
It is a hard lesson to learn that the life you’re living right now is the result of your past and present thoughts.
Doesn’t it sound exciting to know that you can create the future of your dreams by only changing your thoughts from today?
Having a positive outlook, using future-thinking language, and creating an expectation that good is coming into your life is the best way to attract more happiness, people and experiences you want.
Whenever you see things you don’t want, make a conscious decision not to think about them, not to write about them and not to talk about them.
Whenever you find yourself worrying, quickly replace those negative thoughts with pictures, feelings and emotions of enjoying what you do want. Deliberately and intentionally daydream positive thoughts.
Whenever you find yourself judging someone, realise you’re focusing on what you don’t want.
Take action to shift your thinking.
Famous people knew the power of the Law of Attraction.
Dr Martin Luther King called his famous speech “I have a dream” not “I have a worry” and Mother Teresa said she would not join an anti-war demonstration but would join a pro-peace rally.
They understood its positive power.
They both understood that to be against something is to focus your opposition to it which just creates more of it.
That is why techniques such as hypnosis are so effective in developing positive thoughts and helping you attract more happiness. You can become more powerful in creating what you want when you learn to focus your attention and monitor your thoughts.
Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.
– Carl Jung
2: Believe you will get what you want.
Maintain a positive expectancy and go about your day with certainty knowing that you’ve put your future in the hands of the universe. Decide with the conviction that what you want will absolutely happen.
This is easier said than done. We all have limiting beliefs which keep us from achieving complete and total happiness. You must first change your limiting beliefs into thoughts that are deserving, worthy, lovable, desirable, capable and smart enough, strong enough, attractive enough, rich enough and good enough. You must eliminate any beliefs holding you back. Turn your inner critic into your inner coach.
Now you are ready to take the necessary actions to create your desired results. There are two types of actions you need to take:
(1) Obvious actions – these are the obvious things you need to do that are easily and readily available. Like eating a salad instead of cake if you are trying to lose weight.
(2) Inspired actions – these are the actions that come from your intuition and gut instinct. You get a feeling that you should take a particular action over another. This is your unconscious mind feeding you with insight and intuition. Learner to harness the wisdom of your unconscious mind.
You will also find inspiration comes to you during the time spent doing self-hypnosis exercises. This will help you know what inspired actions you should take. Inspired actions come from your unconscious mind. You need to give your unconscious mind space and time to process its thoughts so that it can offer you inspiration. That is why it is so important to include self-hypnosis, meditation and mindfulness exercises in your daily routine.
3. Receive what you want
If you want to attract more happiness, tune your thoughts and feelings towards happiness.
The easiest way to attract more happiness this is to create positive emotions of joy, appreciation and gratitude. You should practice feeling these positive emotions as if you have already received what you want. You can create these emotions through the thoughts you have.
Your thoughts are always creating feelings so it is really important to be aware of your emotions when your thoughts are negative. Your aim is to turn your thoughts in a positive direction so that your emotions follow and become positive.
If you have thoughts about not having enough money to pay your bills, this will create negative emotions and feelings of worry and fear. Instead, shift your thinking to become positive about memories when you had enough money to pay all your bills. In the beginning, this might feel strange but with practice, you will learn to select only inspiring and empowering thoughts.
If the only prayer you ever say in your entire life is thank you, it would be enough.
– Meister Eckhart (Philosopher)
The Power of Positive Affirmations
A great way to encourage positive thoughts is to practice saying positive affirmations to yourself. A positive affirmation is a positive statement that you repeatedly give your unconscious mind.
I am grateful for my family and completely accept myself for who I am.
– Positive Affirmation
When you say positive affirmations you keep yourself in a state of positivity, which allows positive emotions to bubble up into your consciousness from your unconscious mind.
What you think about and thank about, is what you will bring about.
The two most important emotions for achieving happiness are appreciation and gratitude. Focusing your appreciation and gratitude on the things that you do currently have in your life will allow greater happiness to follow.
Appreciation is a wonderful emotion to focus on. Gratitude is a powerful mindset for attracting more happiness into your life.
Create space in your daily routine to develop the habit of appreciation. Just spent 5 minutes thinking about the things that you are grateful for no matter the size.
