Do you wake in the morning feeling tired and anxious? If you do try my energising morning routine. The routine uses the amazing Emotional Freedom Tapping technique to ease away your worries and leave you feeling wide awake and ready to make the most of your day.

Just sit on the side of the bed with your back straight, head up and eyes closed and your feet flat on the floor.
Gently tap on these five points for 30 seconds each.
While you tap on each point say this positive affirmation to yourself silently or aloud:

I am grateful for every day of my life
and
I completely love and accept myself for who I am

Complete 2 or 3 cycles of the EFT tapping routine or until you feel wide awake and amazing!

Point 1 – Breastbone

Tap the centre of your breastbone.
Tap for 30 seconds repeating the affirmation above.
This stimulates your immune system.

Point 2 – Collarbone

Tap at the junction where the breastbone, collarbone and first rib meet.
Tap for 30 seconds repeating the affirmation above.

his stimulates your kidneys.

Point 3 – Eyebrow

Tap at the beginning of the eyebrow, just above and to one side of the nose.
Tap for 30 seconds repeating the affirmation above.
This stimulates your bladder.

Point 4 – Karate chop

Tap on the side of the hand where you would deliver a karate chop.
Tap for 30 seconds repeating the affirmation above.
This stimulates your digestive system.

Point 5 – Little finger

Tap the side of the little finger.
Tap for 30 seconds repeating the affirmation above.
This stimulates your heart.

After you have completed tapping these 5 points, stand up and take the largest stretch you can.
Hold the stretch for 15 seconds.
Lastly, gently shake each arm and leg for 15 seconds each.
Make the biggest smile you can and go forth and conquer your world!
