What is a typical hypnotherapy session like?
Every session is unique and tailored to each person’s individual needs. Your first session is one and a half hours long. Further sessions are one-hour.

This allows you to explore your issues in a new way so you can make positive changes in your life. Can everyone be hypnotised?
Yes. Everyone can be hypnotised if they want to be. If you want to be hypnotised then you can enter hypnosis.
Will you be able to control my mind?
No. During hypnosis, you have complete control of your mind and are in complete control.
During hypnosis, all suggestions are positive and for your benefit. If you did not completely agree with the suggestions then your mind would not accept them.
Are there any side effects?
Hypnotherapy is a natural and holistic therapy.
It is a safe and natural way to use your inner resources to help you reorganise your thoughts and change your behaviours to bring about beneficial change.
After therapy, most clients state they feel more calm, positive and energised.
Will I be asleep during hypnosis?
No, you are not asleep during hypnosis.
You are fully aware of what is happening and what is being said during hypnosis. From the outside, you may look like you are asleep because you are deeply relaxed, but hypnosis is not the same as sleep.
Do you offer any guarantees?
No. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee you will change your unwanted behaviours, thoughts or feelings because there are so many factors that can affect the outcome.
Individual results can vary. There is no guarantee that hypnotherapy will be effective in every case. For hypnotherapy to be successful you need to be open to change and fully committed.
