I had hypnotherapy for fear of flying. I enjoyed the whole experience, but I think the part I enjoyed most was the depth of relaxation Lee was able to take me to, to be able to change the connection with the fear emotion. I’ve been on a flight and was able to do so without the need for any pills from the doctor, which is life-changing for me as I was able to drive when we landed. I was struggling to lose weight and keep it off and eating too much food/drinking, too much alcohol and not having the motivation to control it. I booked hypnotherapy sessions to stop smoking and since then I no longer have any inclination to smoke. I went from nearly 10 cigarettes a day to none within leaving the therapy room and have had no withdrawal symptoms or felt any need to smoke whatsoever. I booked a hypnotherapy session because I suffered from claustrophobia when I had MRI scans. I most enjoyed the hypnotherapy because it worked! It was easy and straightforward, and there were no dramas. I even feel just generally encouraged to be more positive in everyday life. I purchased the stop smoking hypnosis programme and stopped smoking after the 1st session. I smoked about 15 cigarettes a day for 48 years and completely stopped after the first session. I never tried to stop smoking before. I wanted to stop because my breathing was getting worse and I didn't like the smell of cigarettes and wanted to be healthier. I found the hypnotherapy sessions very relaxing and easy. I smell much better now and my wife is happy that I have stopped smoking. I do not think anything could have improved my experience. BE. I had hypnotherapy because I was suffering from insomnia. I really enjoyed the deep state of relaxation it put me in during and after the session and the lasting effects at bedtime. I had six hypnotherapy sessions because I had a phobia of birds that was making life very stressful and was taking over my life. I felt my phobia was understood and how it made me feel. I found the hypnosis sessions very enjoyable. I also like the way that I was sent the recordings of my sessions for me to do at home. I now feel a lot more confident in myself and about situations that I may come across. Previously I had a very active lifestyle which included a healthy amount of exercise and training. 3 months ago I stopped going to the gym and exercising altogether.
