Kinder Scout Snowy Hike – Peak District – Video

It was a cold day during Easter when I set off from Edale in the Peak District to hike 10 miles over Kinder Scout, up Jacobs Ladder and back down Ringing Roger.

The route took in the sights of Edale Rocks, Kinder Low, Woolpacks and Pym Chair on Kinder Scout.

Half way through the hike, I got caught in a snow storm!!

That made the hike extra special and more fun. I love it when it snows.

I felt so alive!!!! It was a fantastic hike and took about 5 hours.

I definitely felt tired at the end but strangely re-energised after than hike.

I can’t wait for the next one.

There is nothing more enjoyable than hiking in the hills to clear the mind and lift the soul. Being at one with nature grounds me and makes me grateful to be a small part of this beautiful planet.
