Pen y Fan Wild Camp – Wales – Video

It was a cold Spring day when I set off on a 12 mile hike in the Brecon Beacons.
My hike took me past Fan y Big, Cribyn, Pen y Fan and Corn Du.
The wind speed at Corn Du was at least 40mph.

I wild camped at a small lake called Llyn Cwm Llwch. I modified the red label Hilleberg Soulo with 10mm black label poles which I purchased separately.

This was my first wild camp in Wales.
The Brecon Beacons are absolutely beautiful so I will definitely be back!

There is nothing more enjoyable than hiking in the hills to clear the mind and lift the soul. Being at one with nature grounds me and makes me grateful to be a small part of this beautiful planet.
